How I can get paid for taking care of my parents from the VA Pension Benefits?
Care for them in their home.

They may be eligible for Aid and Attendance from the VA. You can find the criteria and forms to apply on the Veterans Association web site. This pay is specifically to help pay for a caregiver, whether hired or family member.

You would have to ask them to pay you from their funds. It's up to them.
