Is there any type of a gizmo which can keep a patient from pulling their feeding tube apart where it joins at the m9000t lopez valve?

My daughter keeps pulling the feeding tube out of the lopez valve. we have tried everything. also we don't know why she is pulling the tube out. maybe she is bored maybe she has had enough to eat etc. no one seems to know why. it has become a real problem for us. she lives in a nursing home.
