Her local Social Services may be able to help too. Check with ur local Visiting Nurse/homecare. We had all kinds of pamphlets for all kinds of help.

they should have a brochure that you can have them to mail her or you can pick it up for her, the websites above are also good ideas. The AAA has many great programs and benefits.
