I'm separated from husband, can I still get his veterans benefits?

I was told for other veteran im in title for some veterans benefit. I ask my ex husband but he refused to give any information. Maria G.

VA wants proof you are still married. Ex wives do not get Aid & Attendance.

You would need to call the Veterans Administration directly, they would know more about this than your ex-husband.
