Where do I begin with trying to get my Mom Hospice care around Boston?

My mother has dementia has been in memory care assisted living. All of a sudden she stopped eating well and drinking much. She ended up in the hospital with the flu and ate almost nothing in the hospital. Now she is in rehab eating less and dropping more weight. She is responsive but weak. Does this look like a hospice case? I think that it may be another stage of dementia but hard to say? Any advice?

sobomary, look over to the blue box on the right side of this page that says "Find Housing And Care", type in the zip code location, click on "Hospice Care", now click on "See My Results".

I'm sure the assisted living can recommend a hospice company to you. The company will come out and do an assessment and let you know what they think.
