togeblu, if an adult child or adult grandchild care for a parent or grandparent, they normally do not get paid. If they do get paid, usually it is the parent or grandparent who pays them. If your grandmother can pay you, it would be better for her to pay a certified professional caregiver thus giving you time to continue being a college student and pursue your career.
