My deceased Mom's account was emptied by my siblings. Is there anything I can still do to get legal help?
In 2001? My Mother died in a hospital 2001. Her bank account had at least 80,000 dollars in it at the time. Two sibling's took all the money out do I have any leverage today with getting any retribution.
