My deceased Mom's account was emptied by my siblings. Is there anything I can still do to get legal help?

In 2001? My Mother died in a hospital 2001. Her bank account had at least 80,000 dollars in it at the time. Two sibling's took all the money out do I have any leverage today with getting any retribution.

A report filed thirteen years later would be highly suspect, it suggests there was collusion at the time (2001) and some sort of vendetta now.

It depends on the Statue of Limitations for your State. Contact an Elder Law attorney. To find one in your area, go to the blue bar on the top of this page and put your Mouse over MONEY AND LEGAL.... a drop down menu will appear, click on ELDER LAW. You will see a box where you can type in your zip code, said page will give you a list of Elder Law attorneys in your area. If you live in a small town, you will probably have to put in the zip code of the largest city nearest to your home.
