Can I be kicked out of my Mom's house if I was taking care of her before my brother (POA) made her move in with him?
I moved in with her when she first hurt her back and after taking her to dr she had two fractures in her back. I have been staying there doing everything for her care.
Emerydavid, curious why your mother moved in with your brother.... what was the reason? Power of Attorney only comes into play if the person [your Mom] isn't able to act on their own.

Does your brother want to sell the house? Rent it out? Are you paying for the mortgage and upkeep?
