My Mom is stroke patient, bed ridden, with tracheotomy tube. Will I find someone to take care of her?

She is stroke patient ,bed ridden , with tracheotomy tube ,Nasogastric Tube Feeding (NGT) .she is 48 years old , and we are living in deira - Oud Mateena 1 , she requires physiotherapy , feeding through NGT , she is able to sit on geriatric chair. I need permanent caregiver

I'm not familiar with your area, but have you discussed her rehab with her doctor? Perhaps they could offer information. Did they send her home from the hospital with thoughts that you would provide all of this care? It sounds like you need skilled nursing care.
