Pawpaw, I would suggest you go to apartment website and preview what is on that website. You can narrow it down to how many bedrooms, baths, how much you want to spend, and if you prefer senior only complex. Don't narrow it down to just your own immediate area, as there might be something perfect over in the next city.
Or check with a licensed Realtor who handles rentals, as some homeowners rent space out in their own home, and that is a less expensive route.
