My Mom can't take care of herself because of dementia and refuses to see a doctor. What do I do?

Here in FL, refuses entry in an ALF. Mom is from New Orleans, LA. I brought Mom to my Florida home, because she was bed bound and has dementia. Mom has forgotten she agreed to an ALF. The facility I paid for can't accept her if she is unwilling.
How do I get Mom evaluated at my home? She refuses to get out of car to see any Dr.
