My daughter has POA of my wife of 55 years but won't show me the POA. Any advice?

Do I have to get an attorney to view it?

Eyerishlass to answer your question, my daughter won't give me answer and she has signed checks stating poa on them. My wife with alyheimers can't sign her own
name and thats what bothers me

If you want guardianship, your attorney can petition for you to have it.

Does your daughter give you a reason for not wanting to show it to you? Are you sure she actually has POA over your wife? I can't imagine her reason for not wanting you to see it.

I'm not sure I know what an attorney could do for you. An attorney can't compel your daughter to show you the POA.

How did your daughter supposedly obtain POA over your wife?

This sounds very fishy to me.
