How do I get house cleaning help on a fixed income?
Me and my husband are both disabled. My income is the only one, and I am 62. I just need a one or two time organizing and major cleaning to then be able to take care of minor cleaning myself.
Your husband should be getting Medicare / SSI if he is disabled. At 62, you are eligible for Social Security. Cleaning would have to be paid out of pocket, assistance at home is limited to bathing,dressing, wound care as ordered by your doctor.
