I am taking care of my cousin full-time and his kid's refuse to help. I can no longer help. Any advice?

I take care of my cousin who is 64 and is blind. His kid's refuse to help. What laws protect me and he and I live in PR and his kid's live in FL. Senior help here states there is no jurisdiction and they can not help me.

No jurisdiction? That makes me guess he is a citizen of another country. Check with his embassy about government help from his own government pension system.
