Can I claim my brother (69), who lived with us from Jan-Dec. 2013 till he died, on my taxes?
We also cared for a cousin (78). She died in Jan 2014.

Depends on how much income they had and whether you provided over 50% of their support. See the 1040 instructions. If they were on Medicaid or SNAP, definitely no.
