What kind of help can a 94 year old woman who lives alone, but does not have extra funds for home health care to help her bathe?

I am a meals on wheels volunteer who is trying to help this lady to get help in bathing her. She doesn't have money to pay for this but she has Medicare.

Good for you for working for Meals on Wheels and good for you for taking an interest in this lady.

Yes, like the above poster, pst, said, her Dr. can order a bath aide and Medicare will pay for it. The Dr.'s office can also give this lady a referral to a nursing agency or hospital home health who employ bath aides. They're very professional and know all kinds of little tips and tricks to get the job done with minimal discomfort and embarrassment. They can do a bath from a bed or in a shower.

Her doctor would have to order it. She needs to ask her doctor for OT /PT and Medicare will cover it.
