my grandmother in Barbados is really sick she cant be left alone she dosent eat and she is a diabetic with low blood pressure last time she nearly fell into a coma but thankfully the ambulance arrived I'm really worried some of us have lost hope but not me I really want her to start eating more but i don't know what to do please help me!!

How old is GM? Does she have any diabetic complications? Does she have other medical issues? Why is she not eating? How long has this been going on?
