How does this impact my mother's credit cards where she has my name attached as an 'authorized' user? The bills go to her...she is the name

The house is 'willed' to me. Is it advantageous to have her 'sell' it to me now since I've lost 3 years of income so far to care for her? She is still of sound mind, but declining health.
