Diarrhea2 times a day, not eating, minimal fluid intake. When do I transport to hospital?

Do you have an "Ask a nurse" line in your community. Many community hospitals have one. You should get some specific advice on this, as dehydration can be dangerous. It's possible that you may have to take the person in to the emergency room.
