I prepaid a funeral out of my sisters pension and social security moneys and she is in nursing home on medicaid and I am her conservator she has been in and out of nursing home after several hospital stays and her moneys have been sitting in limbo as she had to spend down her moneys to be resubmitted to medicaid.
