My lady is 90 been with her two years and watch her go down hill. Am I a bad caregiver?

I want to know is it wr if she takes a few bites of her supper catches a starts getting angery and spits her food out and just sets there and stearing at ya and starts fallin asleep?i just took her bib off never said a word and took her in and but her to bed. am i bad?
