I suffer from chronic pain, dad is in the hospital, mom has dementia and am trying to care for her. I'm feeling overwhelmed I need help. What can I do?

I certainly can relate to how you feel. I have chronic pain also and am caring for MIL with severe dementia living with us and my own mother in nursing home with narrassistic personality disorderder, dementia and dillusional disorder. Have been totally overwhelmed until last week when MIL went into the hospital and now in rehab for heart problems. If at all possible, you need time to yourself. It is mandatory, somehow or you will just get one thing after another. We need to keep whatever health we have as dealing with all this with chronic pain is almost unbearable at times. I keep you in my prayers and wish Ihad better answers.
