Can a primary caregiver who has Power of Attorney install 24-hour grannycams that record even if the other siblings object?

On a current discussion thread titled
"With POA, does my brother have the right to film what goes on in my mother's bedroom?"
We are discussing the legalities of a POA recording his mom who suffers from dementia. Can anyone shed any Legal light on this?

There may be state laws that come into play, here. I'd ask an elder law attorney or some attorney who knows your state laws.
You should be able to, but in some states you may not.
Be safe - especially if you have a bad relationship with siblings.
