Where are the forms we need to file for Aid & Attendance?

Here are some links that might be helpful. The first link seems to be the best organized and most helpful. It walks through the application process setp by step. The last link is to the actual veteran's affair's website (it is the least helpful :-)). The process is kind of a maze, so you might also want to check with your local VA office.

Please be more specific. What do u mean by "attendance". To apply for Medicaid go to your nearest DSS office. Dept. of Social Services.....Hope this helps a little....:)
