It is indispensable reading.

The book has been a real game changer in my life. I actually took the class associated with the book, a video series with discussion and teaching time. It helped me tremendously to cope with a sibling who’s had lifelong undiagnosed mental illness and lose a friend who was actually no friend at all. Highly recommend

Of course it's on sale now. I always seem to miss the great sales! I highly recommend this book!
