This morn my mom wanted hot coffee, sat down & decided she'd rather have cold seltzer. Give her seltzer, the seltzer isnt cold enough! grr!

Did you remain calm? Some weeks ago I prepared a cold pasta salad for my son and warm spaghetti with tomatoes sauce for my mum. She said she wanted the same as my son. The following week I prepared cold pasta for everyone. She got up putting her dish in the microwave telling me: this thing is too cold, you know I don't like cold meals.
I wasn't able to stay quiet and answered her back that the previous week she wanted it.
Grrrrrrrrr

I would of said "oh well" and walked away. I don't mind waiting on someone but a thank u is appreciated.

[Gosh I love the internet! - makes looking things up so much quicker]

When your loved one does this to you, keep your sense of humour by remembering this scene from Under Milk Wood by Dylan Thomas -

Mr Pugh, in the School House opposite, takes up the morning tea to Mrs Pugh, and whispers on the stairs...

MR. PUGH
Here’s your arsenic, dear.
And your weedkiller biscuit.
I’ve throttled your parakeet.
I’ve spat in the vases.
I’ve put cheese in the mouseholes.
Here’s your… [Door creaks open]
…nice tea, dear.

MRS PUGH
Too much sugar.

MR PUGH
You haven’t tasted it yet, dear.

MRS PUGH
Too much milk, then.

Sometimes we just can’t please others. It’s frustrating.
