I really wanted to thank everyone for the great advice. Per my question on frauds & scams. I on the evening of the 1st. Got home & the roommate was passed out in his bed. I woke him up and told him that he needed to leave. I explained why, besides the fact that he didn't have rent $ again. He kept replying he'd leave tomorrow. I stood my ground and took a chance. Ultimately he finally left. I gave the manager all I could afford. Which would leave me broke for the month. If decided that's fine. At least I'd be warm and sheltered. The next day an ex housemate from the local women's shelter text me. Long story short she's now my roommate. Thank you Jesus and everyone else who helped me pray.
