First a Big Thankyou for all the kind post. This is sorta different but may be helpful.Keep a blank pad with pencils by the phone. Keep up with paperwork cause it will eat alive. Keep medical bills, Those people will kill for co-pay. Make a list of dates and things to do..Copy e-mails at some point they might be of importance. Keep a calendar close by. Just a few thoughts.

Make all phone calls via cellphone and print out the records  (can't do that with landlines)  this alone has helped me.re-create a timeline of several chaotic days.
