My finance is a Korean War vet - no combat duty. He's in need of home care assistance - heart, hand tremor, memory loss, etc.

Is it possible to get help for home health care through the V.A. I've been off of work caring for him. His health is now at a stage where he's in need of help. Money is an issue. Please advise?
