Find Care & Housing
The community where I live there is a "diaper bank" they take diapers of any size and they are given to people in need.
You can contact your local Senior Center and ask if there is a diaper bank in your area. Or ask if they have seniors that are in need. If they have an adult Day program they might use them for people that have had accidents or someone that forgot to bring extras.
If there is a Food Bank in your area they often will take them as well.

After my mother passed I had boxes of medical procedure gloves and adult diapers. I called the palliative care hospital in my area to see if they could use them, to which they gladly accepted them. Perhaps you could contact your nearest hospital to inquire if they could use them or if they have a palliative care home that could use them. Or a non private nursing home. Best of luck I know which ever place you give them to will appreciate it.

Home care agencies. They have clients who may be able to use them.

I donated my husbands Depends after he got his supra pubic catheter to our local Senior Services Center. They will only take unopened packages, so I would try there.
