Best incontinence male briefs for skinny legs. Any suggestions?

My husband has extremely thin legs and has done well with Depends. He too is about 138-140 lbs. and wears S/M. They have elastic in the legs, so they fit tighter to the leg with no gaps. We have found them to be very efficient and leakproof. He may go up to a L size as with much less activity, my DH has developed a bit of "love handles", but I am still confident that they will remain leakproof. They can be found in any grocery store or pharmacy and if they work, you can order through Amazon and they are delivered right to your door. No gas cost to you or delivery charge either. You can also customize how often they come on an auto ship program, so you don't even have to think about it. You can also change how often they are delivered if you start going through more.

If he is small enough--and this is just a shot in the dark--you might be able to get
older kids' nighttime incontinence diapers. I know of kids who are 12-13 who need to wear these at night due to enuresis. Well, basically, bedwetting.

Buy the biggest ones available and give those a try.
