I'm afraid there are more issues than you may have realized.

1.  Did you rent this house for your mother on your own, pursuant to a DPOA?   But if your family wants to "buy you out", you must own the house.

Could you clarify this?

2.    Did your mother leave a will?   If so, who's the Executor/trix or Personal Representative as they're known in some areas?

3.   Who inherits this house?

If you are can get employed by an agency and ask for Live in job BUT most "live in" are not live in but shifts of 3 or 4 days then another caregiver comes in for the remaining days of the week. So you would still need a place.
Technically, legally if you do not find a place the family can "evict" you that would result in them filing and going to court. Minimum the judge would give you 30 days to vacate that is AFTER the case is heard and that might be several months if not longer.
They can not change the locks, toss out your belongings or damage your property in any way.
Check with your local agency on aging and see if you can get help with housing. You can also check with local Senior Housing in your area. There may be a wait list.
I am also going to take a wild guess that during the time you were caring for mom you did not get paid. You might want to contact a lawyer.....

I’m going to post here what is in your profile because it is relevant to your question:

“ I have taken care of my Mom for 6 years. She just passed away April 3.
My family wants to sell the house I rented for I’m my Mom. They want me out by June 1. Is there any program to help me quickly find a home to rent and a new companion position”
