How do I keep my grandmother with dementia from obsessively using the bathroom even when she doesn't have to pee?

My grandmother has dementia and tells me she has to pee every five minutes ...this means I am having to help her in and out of bed every five minutes and to the bathroom ...I am exhausted emotionally and physically ...
