Does anyone have any experience with Care.com? My mother is currently interviewing someone from their website for a live-in position.

I have, but just with the salary part. It was for my son to take care of his grandmother. It's a lot of paper work, but the taxes and insurance get taken care of by people who know what they are doing. I don't know about the people looking for work on their site. I assume they have gone through a background check.
