Can a trustee override the dual power of attorney for assets immediately . He isn't in his right state of mind to read yet alone sign legal paperwork.

justice4tim, you are already in trouble with the law for moving assets into your name.. My advice is back off until you see your own attorney. A Trustee only addresses a trust, not an individual. A POA only acts on behalf of the individual, not a Trust. Both are forbidden by law to benefit personally from any transaction. You already crossed the line and APS is involved, right?

If the Trustee isn't in his right state of mind, time to get an Elder Law Attorney to help with this matter.
