Contact the doctor's office. Maybe they can order some home care if they feel it is needed. You haven't said if the care is for you or someone else, so it is hard to make any further recommendations. It would also help to know what type of care is needed and if there are any specific medical needs.

Call your County Adult Protection Services to see what resourses they can offer. Office of Aging maybe able to help.
