Father update

I have been very low contact for awhile now, it has been very good for my sanity, more than I expected
I call about once a week to check in
I ordered some groceries for him to be delivered today
he never wanted my help obviously, he wants to live on his own terms even if it's gross
he mentioned something about a nursing home
I won't pushI will leave him be
