As well as no charge for the forum, there is no pressure at all to use the services that are referred to on the site. I'm in central Australia, and I could use US services even if I wanted to! If you would like suggestions or commiserations from well wishers, please let us hear more from you.
There is no charge for just using the forum. And as far as I know any referral services you get through A Place for Mom are usually paid for by the businesses that subscribe, not the clients.
