It may be time to think about getting your mom placed in the appropriate facility, before it effects your health even more than it has already, because if you're not careful it will be you that will need to be placed somewhere. You can call 211, your local Area Agency on Aging and Senior Services to see what resources are available in your area until you can get your mom placed.
I would discuss all of this with both your own doctor and your Mom's doctor. They should have some options and choices. If they do not I would consider a good therapist in a Licensed Social Worker in private therapy practice. This should help you evaluate the intricacies of your mom's unique needs and your own lifestyle.
