Anyone know of senior condos in Kansas City KS area for sale? Are condos ever part of a trip level system with assisted and or full care?

Have you explored Lee's Summit's John Knox Village. They have accomodations from homes to condos to apartments to independent living to assisted living to nursing home. Beautiful grounds. Many activities. And the Hospital is right there. My parents spent their last years at John Knox.

I have never heard of a condo association have this type of care in place. There are communities that have Independent living which would be an apt and/or a small house, then Assisted Living and then Longterm care. You buy into these places normally. I too think a realtor may be able to help you.

Find a realtor in your area knowledgeable with this type of housing.
