Responding to the latest response to my question, adding more details.

The head nurse went right along with the CNA that was working. The way they plotted this (the nurse said this when she came in Tuesday the resident was very upset and she talked to staff and nurses). This was a lie this place is very messy. They've got their staff they like and cover things up for them. The nurse and the CNA are on the board, they set up things together and the manager just goes with it. You know how some believe it when they see it. I should of taken heed to the review of that place. I look at some nurses different now, they are younger and just don’t care. It hurts so bad that they would take my happiness because they feel they have the power. They can actually say anything, make up anything or cover up anything and management will go right along with it. I am praying that the resident sues them like she said because she knows those who were involved. I am still asking around for her, she is the key to it all.

It’s impossible to follow the story when you don’t reply under the original post. I, for instance, didn’t see the first post so I have no idea what is going on in your world.

Please, respond to your original thread. It gets confusing when you have more than one out there on the same subject.

Have you contacted the Labor Board or even tge Nursing board? I really don't think you should try and get evidence for the resident. Worry about yourself. Me, I would quit and find another job. But talk to someone at the Labor board first.
