I have been trying to take care of this woman and I have been living with her, she's 74 years old and there's nothing physical wrong with her. Everyday she pees on herself and will not change her clothes, I have seen her wearing the same clothes for months. What is worse is that I have been living with her since 2019 and not one single time has she ever or will she get into the shower. She will pee in a trashcan beside her bed and then wash the trashcan out in the shower. It doesn't matter to her because she doesn't use the shower but I have to, this can't be safe or sanitary! Can someone please help me out with some suggestions on what I can do?

There's nothing anyone here can do for you and I think you already know the answer to your problem.
Move out. Then call APS and report her as a vulnerable adult living alone because clearly that is what she is. Let them handle it.

You deserve better living conditions(in case you didn't already know that)even if it's in a homeless shelter, so please start packing your bags now and call Adult Protective Services(APS)on your way out the door to report a vulnerable adult living by themselves with either dementia or some kind of mental disorder, and they will come out and if need be take over her care.
