Vets POA taking advantage of him in nursing home.

My husband is in a va nursing home in florida. His married girlfriend has taken over his pia n had all my utilities shut off, posed as me as she has my identity n ssi numbers. She's threatened me. Sge has convinced him to remove me from house title. She has complete care n concern over him. He's dying of Parkinsons n is completely bed ridden. I need help
