Samcat, since you've not given us much to go on here, and you put your question under Alzheimer's & Dementia, I can only guess that it is you with dementia, so perhaps you might need to get a family member or friend to help you find the right facility for you to move into.
And if money is an issue the social worker at the facility can help you apply for Medicaid.
