Where to sell an unused open box medical equipment?

My mother-in-law had a stroke early January 2024 and my wife and I purchased a PureWick Dry Dock Urine Collection System with battery for when she came home. Unfortunately she had another stroke and passed before getting to come home. The box was opened items looked at but never plugged in or put together. Trying to recover some of the money we spent on it. It was manufactured 2023-12-15 and purchased in January 2024. Any ideas as to where the best place to start would be or if anyone is interested in it
