Is there any financial assistance if I cannot work while caring for an elderly parent? She is not on Medicaid.

I have to supplement my SSI to cover bills I have. I only need to work around 15 hrs a week, but do not like leaving her home alone. I would prefer to care for her myself. Is there any financial assistance available to me?

You get ssi, you work 15 hours, you live with mom and would prefer the government pay you even more so she doesn’t have to?

I believe your only options are if your mom is not on Medicaid is to have her pay you out of her pocket after having a lawyer work up a legal contract, so taxes can be taken out, or if she or your dad are veterans, the VA will pay for what is called aid and assistance.
Other than that I don't know of any other options, so perhaps it may be best to start thinking about having your mom placed in the appropriate facility, where you can continue to work at the job you have now, and she will be looked after 24/7 and be safe.
