Now the qualifications for a CNA that depends on where you live. There are Certification courses you can take.
You can apply as a caregiver for an Agency and if they hire you and pay you that makes you a Caregiver. The longer you work, the more experience you get possibly the more you will get paid. If you take courses in different aspects of caregiving that will also increase your "worth" to an agency or even working privately.
