So odd. I answered this yesterday. And it shows my avatar and the words "alvadeer" and looks like I did answer, yet the thread itself is empty. PC, why not google this one: "What are the duties of a court appointed Fiduciary". They are often appointed to manage all care, in the case of an elderly including placement, financial bills and handling of accounts, questions regarding medical choices and etc. They are usually appointed to care for a legally incompetent person in the absence of family capable or willing to serve.
