For topics move your eyes to the blue line at the top of the site, the one that says "AgingCare". You will there find the word "Topics". Click on it and topics will come up in alphabetical order.
Your own topic has come up many times and you will find it by clicking on the little magnifying "search" symbol on the far right of this same blue line. Type in "best incontinent wear" or "incontinence products" and you will find questions and answers a plenty.
